Fully furnished houses to rent

This thread is to introduce ourselves and let you know what we do.

We emigrated to Australia in 2007 and really struggled to find a place to rent, we ended up renting from a friend of a friend who had an empty house, not ideal especially when they sold and we had to move out within 4 weeks.

So we set up 'OZhouserental', we have 9 properties currently on our site, mainly south of the river, and a lot of them are pet friendly.

Properties are in Rockingham, Waikiki, Safety Bay, Port Kennedy, Secret Harbour, Fremantle and Kalamunda, we are just speaking to more home owners who have properties in Success and Warnbro.

Our properties vary from a one bed flat in the Perth Hills, to a 4 bed house with pool in Waikiki, and are competitively priced. We know that with the AU$ being so strong at the moment rentals can seem like a lot of money when you aren’t yet earning in AU$, so we advise our owners to keep the prices realistic, and this has proved to work, with most properties booking out pretty quickly.

We pride ourselves on giving a personal service, are more than happy to answer any questions. We know the areas and try to go above and beyond to make it happen for you.

We have tried to put info on our website and blog, such as car hire links, how to get your drivers licence, mortgage and house buying tips and articles, internet access issues etc. All things that we had problems accessing when we got here. Please feel free to email, pm, or post here any questions you may have.

Let me know if you are looking for somewhere to rent in the next 6 months, as we are now getting new properties on our books.

Thanks for being a FB fan, and congrats on your visa approval
We currently don't have any properties in North Perth. We find that by keeping it around this area, we can offer the local knowledge to people moving over. Having said that we are open to having properties in the North, and we would not reject this idea. Maybe we need to make an alliance with someone in the North to give us the local input there.... hmmm... now there's an idea! Watch this space.......

Ah if you have dogs I would recommend SOR, as there seem to be far more dog beaches down this way - Ours gets to the beach twice a day (lucky girl), and we can normally find a beach to ourselves

Hi guys just read your post and you might be able to help. My self and ,y family are moving to Perth on the 4 th July, we will be staying with family in kalamunda for the first few weeks, but would like to rent there soon after, we will not be bringing any furniture with us so would be an advantage. Do you have anything available

How many are in your family? The reason I ask is that we have a one bed fully furnished flat in Kalamunda, that will sleep 4. This would mean that you would still be close to your family, unless of course you don't want to be
Other properties available in August are Waikiki in Safety Bay (from 14th August), Daly Street in South Fremantle, and we are getting a new house in Warnbro and one in Success that may be available - I'll keep you updated.

Just saw you post, and i reckon you guys might be able to help me out.
Just going through the VISA process for a 457, but think i'll be done wuite soon. I'm hoping to move out in July, it will be me and the mrs.

I'll be working in the CBD, so if you have any propferties with good transport links to get me in, i'll definitly be interested.
