Lovely 4x2 with pool & garden available to rent for 6-12 months in Joondalup from Apr

We have a lovely 4x2 family house that we are currently living in but are looking to rent out for 6-12 months while we are back in the UK.

The house is in the great family suburb of Edgewater, next to Joondalup and just north of Perth. The property is walking distance to the train line and bus routes, close to the freeway into the city and most importantly walking distance to some good schools. The suburb is very safe and great for couples and families new to Australia.

We have lived in the house for the past two years and love the area. The neighbours are great (lots of poms to be expected in this area!), the house is close to one of the best beaches in WA and just as far away from the city to feel like you're in the country. There is also a national park at the end of the road, which is great for walks, cycling and picnics. Joondalup has all the shops you'd ever need and has a great selection of British and Irish pubs.

We are a young family and have enjoyed the garden, entertaining area and large salt pool since we bought the place. Unfortunately we need to move back to the UK for work for the next 6-12 months so we need to rent the house out. Hopefully to a similar couple or family just like us.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a large lounge and outdoor entertaining area and a large games room with a bar. Perfectly styled by poms for poms!

We are offering the house fully furnished with furniture and white goods etc, as well as a large pool table.

Please get in touch if you are interested in renting the house from April 2012 and we can send you more details. The benefit for renting privately is that we can both save on agency fees and we can work around each other's plans for added flexibility.
