Don't know much about caravan sites, but hubby travels around alot and says that some caravan parks seem to be used as low cost housing rather than holiday lets - so you may need to look around when you get here.

Hiya

Not sure really as we fixed ours up before we came. We tried www.movetoperth.com - it has some furnished rentals on that. Try to negotiate, we got a reduced rate as we stayed 12 weeks. A bit expensive at $625 pw, but we didn't have any bills to pay in the 3 months, and we got internet access which was invaluable. Having said that we also stayed Jan-March which was the height of summer.

I tried to contact a couple of real estate agents before hand but they were'nt very helpful

We fixed up a furnished rental before we arrived, didn't need to do anything other than pay a weeks rent in advance as a deposit and a bond which was returned to us when we left.

Where are you thinking of staying?
