We have our acknowledgement at last!!!

Just popped back into hubby’s email and saw a message in the ‘spam’ bin, it was from our agent (unsure WHY it was in the spam bin??) saying we can expect a file reference to be issued in the next 3-4 weeks – is this the same as a Case Officer allocation??

:) Great news for you! Congrats......good job you spotted it in the 'spam' bin !. Not sure as wheather file ref numbers the same :? as gettin case officer....something tells me its not ,I think you do get both! We got our TRA passed told today, so I'm too very happy!!! :lol:
