Hi everyone,

Well I didn't get the job in Esperance (see previous post) but I've secured a really good position in Perth itself. Trouble is I'm currently in Adelaide and need advice on areas to live in Perth.

I've looked at North Perth, Subiaco, Floreat, Mt Lawley (favourite) and Como and they seem okay. What do you think? Any views would be most welcome.

I've got 4 young children (7 months, 5, 7 & 8 years) so acess to schools etc would be key.

PM me if you like.

G'day

All the suburbs you mention, like most of the inner city is pretty expensive but a great place to live and be.

Would you looking to buy or rent in the areas you mention? I guess you'll be looking at about $1million for a house in those suburbs and $500+ for a flat, although with 4 kids a flat is probably not the way to go.

Good luck with the job though.
