Hi, I moved to Perth nearly 10 years ago from Surrey, and established a successful and well known Handyman business in the Hills. It's now time to move on (eastern states), and I'd like to pass the business on to someone who can capitalise on my hard work and develop the business in the future.
This profitable Handyman business in the Perth Hills was established in 1998. The business has always been run from home, so no premises are needed. It has always been a one-person operation; but there is plenty of potential to expand or franchise out in the future. We have a very strong repeat client base with a list of nearly 200 customers. This is a growth industry and because this is not a franchise, you are your own boss. The business is for sale as the owner is moving interstate. You will need to have some experience with using tools and doing home repairs / maintenance to be confident with customers. Present owner is willing to work with you for 2 – 3 weeks if required.
