Wanted - house in Mindarie or surrounds for Christmas

Hi there. We have a long awaited reunion with family who are flying out from the UK to Perth (it's been 5 year wait), and they are staying in Mindarie with friends. Both my brother and I have families and are flying across to meet them at Christmas. I have searched high and low for accommodation in around Mindarie, but apart from a 3 week rental in a 5 bed house for a whopping $15k there hasn't been alot of choice. Is there anybody out there who can help, or point me in the right direction. I have tried Stayz, Real Estate Agents, TakeABreak and many other holiday rental companies. Thanks, Sharon.

perhaps give house sitting web sites a go, there are a few of them. Just google housesitting wa, they tend to allow you to stay in their home whilst they are away in return for watering gardens, collecting mail and feeding/walking any pets. You may not get something in Mindarie exactly but you may get close by.
