best area for our kids

hi everyone hope everything is going good for all. just wanted to know if anyone knows of any areas which are the best for us to migrate to.there are so many,ive been on a few websites recommended but just cant decide which is best for schooling/sports for my boys. do anyone know what part of perth atwell is in cant find it on map.
