Hi all, Im going to be arriving in perth on the 7th march 08, ive got a few weeks accomodation sorted but am looking for rental accomodation. Ive got a job at Graylands Hospital so some where near there would be good and near a gym. Does anyone have any rental accomodation available or know of any good estate agents I could use????

I have clients living in Ashby who both husband and wife work at Graylands hospital................. Ashby is north of Wanneroo where I have a rental property coming up in roughly 3 weeks........ 2nd week in March or thereabouts.

It's in leach Road Wanneroo, 3 minutes from the new shopping centre, close to transport........ and just behind a gym. It is unfurnished and we are looking at a rent of $340 per week. You can view photos of the property on www.johnmasonrealestate.com.au .................... it's listed as Future Development Block. Willing to let you rent same on month to month basis until you get your bearings .................. or alternatively you can sign 6 month, 12 month lease or whatever?
