Hi Karen,
If you log onto www.australia.visa.bureau.com/house (http://www.australia.visa.bureau.com/house) you will need to fill in a points questionaire first. We requested a call back (you dont have to but were unsure of how it all works) and if you get enough points someone will call you and email you any details you need to know. They will also ask you to email them your cv which then they will have a look at and advise you if you have a good chance of getting your visa. We have just been advised that they are changing the criteria in April for Air Conditioning Engineers but they don't know what the criteria will be until then so our application has been put on hold until we find out what the criteria is. The lady that contacted us said she didn't want to put it through until then in case it got rejected due to the change and we could end up losing our money so we are just waiting at the moment.
Kind regards
Sharon

We used www.thisisaustralia.com (http://www.thisisaustralia.com) for our migration and they were brilliant. Our application was not straight forward and it was touch and go if we would pass TRA, but they were so helpful. we had our visa granted in Dec.
