I've been reading the forum for quite a well and joined up yesterday. Hello...
I have a couple of questions, would be grateful for any responses. Does anyone have any recent experience of applying for a 163 State Sponsored Business Owner Visa (provisional)? I submitted mine (including wife and 16 month old) at the end of August. I didn't use an agent. I'm mainly interested in when I'm likely to hear about a result. I know they state an average time of 9 months.
And my second question: My brother already lives in Perth. If my parents applied for a contributory parent visa using him as a sponsor, the only stumbling block I see for them is the medical as both have high blood pressure, mum recently had an MI. What type of medical issues will result in a visa being rejected?
