Looking for unfurnished rental 3 x 2 Near Morley

Hi,

OH has got a job in Midland area, need to look for a unfurnished rental 3bed+ must have double garage and 2 bathrooms. Any good areas considered pref not to be any further than 45 min max. Looking for 12 month lease from Jan.

Can anyone help with names of good areas, are any rentals max $450 pw. No pets

Well, have now researched all the areas and came away feeling very disappointed. I think I am too fussy and like my new areas. Currently living in Baldivis SOR which is lovely but oh has to go and get a job NOR, so now off visiting Ellenbrook area tom. Lets hope that seems to better.

Well i was wondering how your all getting on ! Ellenbrook is lovely we looked at there at one point as i uesd to work in Midland also the hills look at Kalamunda , Lesmurdie , Swan View , we have friends who live in Ballajura who like that also .. good luck shame you have to start again though we did 4 times :)

Hi, Jackboots, was just about to ask you about some nice areas near Midland. Shame cant stay in Baldivis it is lovely. Not sure if Ellenbrook is to big for us. Not used to such big built up areas. I will look at the areas you suggested. I am running out of time, need to find somewhere by 14 Jan.

So far love it here, love rock beach it is so cool and never gets busy, my kids love the parks all along the beach promenade. I have finally got used to the slow driving speed mind you it is easier to drive over here as the road layouts are much easier to understand, as everyone drives the same speed you have not got idiots either driving at 40mph on motorway or one who is still virtually in your boot when you are travelling around 80mph. lol

Have to try and meet up before I head off to Midland. By the way, went to visit Caversham wildlife park after seeing your photos and loved it, wanted to take home the roos. lol.

Have you looked at places like Woodvale i would def look into that if i was North ... i used to work with people at Midland from places Like Stirling , ocean Reef ( my old boss lived there ) Balajura , Landsale , Kingsley, , Jane Brook ? im not sure its that much further along after Ellenbrook , The vines .. though a bit further away from the beaches :) I lived in Leeming ( fantastic location ) and continued to Midland which wasn't bad straight up the Roe hgwy , .. well i'm thinking we should all do a barbie at steel tree park after xmas and new years maybe the saturday or sunday after ,... all welcome be nice to get to know faces and its a good park lots of room for the kids to run around or play on the playground or just sit and laze .. or bring the water pistols :santadance:
