Construction Manager / QS

Hi iam a Project Manager / QS we are looking to come out to WA asap, just waiting for the vetassess to come back and then applying for state sponsorship to come over on a temp 3 year visa, looking to move north of the river, any advice regarding who not to approach and who to, wage expectations, agencies etc would be greatly appreciated.
