I have recently been offered employment in Joondalup, & may have to come over on my own 1st with out my family,Until our property has been sold, can anyone advise whats available & the sort of prices i am likely to pay.

Hi, We are moving out of a rental in Clarkson in the next week or so, its a 4 by 2 $310 per week rent, its 10 mins by car to joondalup or 7 mins by train, primary school is nearly next door! and close to shopping center (Ocean keys). If interested let me know and can pass your details onto owner?
