uni near mandurah

please could u help me, we are a family of 5 geoff 43, ange 41, holly 17, harry 14 and poppy 11. our visas are being done at mo we hope, and we are looking at moving to mandurah, halls head area in july 09. holly my oldest daughter is looking at going to uni to study law. do i need to apply now, or do we wait till out there . also what uni. aaaah i thought putting in visas would be hard but this has stumped me. any help would be great
