Hello. A group of us are coming to Perth in April 2008. We are looking to hire a house as near to the Challenge Stadium as possible. I can't find any suitable information that would help us locate a good place to rent. The travel agencies and real estate agents have not been of any use. We really need a 'local' who can advise.

We are all Masters swimmers (in our 50's) and will be at the champs at the stadium for about 10 days next year and would like to get something sorted as soon as we can. Is anyone able to help me please?

The areas you need to be looking at are, City Beach, Swanbourne, Karrakatta and Floreat. Below is a link to a holiday let in nearby Scarborough, maybe if you email the agent they may be able to give you a few leads.
