Just wanted to introduce ourselves, one of the areas we are thinking of moving to are the Perth suburbs but haven't a clue where's good/not so good. Any advice very welcome.

Have heard Rockingham? is good?

My three sons are mad cricketers - No. 1 son (15) plays for county here in Bucks :)

We're not there yet(!!) visa application in and so we're in limbo but according to what I've read and all the research I've done, there are plenty of great suburbs. It all depends on what you are acutally looking for in terms of distance to CBD, beach, rural living etc etc

I have narrowed my choice of areas down to Bull Creek/Willetton/Rossmoyne areas which are close to the City, 30 mins from the breach and have highly recommended schools.

We started all this process 2 years ago so I've had plenty of time to trawl the web in search of info!!

Schools will be the deciding factor on where we finally end up living and I know that Rossmoyne and Willetton have very good reputations but you must be in catchment to be in with a chance of a place there hence that's why we will initially look at these areas when we arrive.
