hi we arrive in june to activate our visa's but my 5 year olds visa expires next year how do i go about getting her visa tagged to her new passport

hi we need our visa's activated before oct can anyone tell me what the weather is like in the months of jun,july and august i know this is winter out there but how bad is the winters ? many thanks
