Lathlain - Victoria Park schools

Hi all

We are moving to Perth mid January next year and looking at rentals at the moment. As we are not there yet is difficult to get a feel of the place.

After a bit of research I came across Victoria Park area as close to hubby's work and within our budget. We have a 6 year old so very important to us is a good school as well.

I just can't seem to be able to find any information on Lathlain School, any reviews from parents or report/level of this school?

 

I do like what I read about Victoria Park School but would like to keep Lathlain as an option as they are both in same area we'd like to move to.

Vic Park, East Vic Park and Lathlain Schools all have a good reputation. I know teachers who have taught at all those schools and were impressed with the ethos the schools promote. Bottom line though is if a school is right for your child. I suggest that you do not lock in a school until you are in Perth and that you go and visit each school you like. Bear in mind that schools in WA are catchment area driven and it is extremely hard to enrol your child into a school that is not the catchment area in which you live.
