      Dont forget about 'Paddle Pops' I feel stupid when I ask for one, what wrong with Ice cream?

      Speaking of 'Fly Buys', where the hell do you get a Coles / Woolworths reward card from, they keep asking if we have, we keep saying no, but can we have one please, then get told they dont have any, whats the point

      We used to grow courgettes and aubergines in our garden. Here they are called zucchini and eggplant respectively and ladies fingers are okra.

      Am loving this thread - very amusing and helpful! My favourite Aussie expression is 'Don't come the raw prawn' i.e. don't get angry but do they really use it much out there? If they don't then I'm gonna revive it when I get out there!
