Give me a break!
Does your daughter have a specific medical issue or are you asking in a general way. My experiences of Perth RUH and both Rockingham and Mamdurah's Emergency rooms has been very positive as have my friends. The wait is usually less. The parking at Rockingham and Mamdurah is free. The treatment is free on Medicare.
