      As someone who works in the Congo i can agree with the Bushmens. BUT. be aware that you shouldnt use it every day as it is very effective because it is high in DEET but DEET is known to cause severe medical problems. Best advice is to where long sleeves and trousers at dawn and dusk. The plugs with the tablets in also seem to work at home.

      Im a qualified aormatherapist what is helpful is a blend of 20mls almond oil with 4 drops of basil oil, 4 drops of lavender oil, 4 drops of geranium oil with 2 drops of tea tree oil this is a strong blend but works well. All you have to do then is rub it over the skin not only will it reply the mozzies but leaves skin soft :o). Also grow basil lavender and geranium plants around the house and outside this will also help keep them at bay. good luck

      No offence Mary, but i would be very careful in using something that isnt scientifically proven against mozzies. In WA these do not just bite, but also carry Ross River virus. The only proven methed in DEET.

      Hiya of course no offence taken, but perhaps used with everything else is possibley worth a try. I can only offer sympathies nothing worse than mozzie bites. Hope U find something that works for you.

      Im really allergic to mossy bites, the only thing that is helping me is Vit B1!
