I'm looking for anybody that is currently living in Secret Harbour??? I have been looking at SH for re-settling for when we come over, when ever that might b

If you're currently living there, do you like it?? How r the houses?? As I have been looking at the houses there and they look really nice and affordable. Would u advise me to rent for at least 6 months 2 c if we would like it?? Do u like it??

One of the better suburbs for sure, though a little "soul less" though new pub finished soon. About 480k dollars for a decent house...same for land/build in reality.One of the dearer suburbs, because of beach location.
Absolutely definately rent for 6 months to get a proper feel for the place and do your own research on the ground. Prices may fall once homebuyers grants return to 7k level inJanuary ? but thats contentious here.
