stelol1 Posted September 28, 2012 Report Share Posted September 28, 2012 Hi all, As there is very limited information for this visa type after the 1st July, I thought I would add the thread to allow people to share there stories on timescales etc. I submitted my application decision ready via an agent on 7th September 2012, I have had an acknowledgement letter on the 18th September. We are now just awaiting a case officer!!! Desperate to know how long it will take to be granted. Any news on timescales post july 2012 would help ease the worry. Guest Nee Posted October 2, 2012 Report Share Posted October 2, 2012 Our agent submitted the nomination on 3rd September....still waiting, he has advised 4-6 weeks and then the application will be submitted decision ready...with minimum 5 month wait, non decision ready approx 8 months!! stelol1 Posted October 17, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 17, 2012 Im not sure about the nomination timescale as it had already been approved pre July when we were about to submit a 119 visa application but a mess up with immigration forced us to change our subclass and subsequently delayed things by about three months.
