Under the Renting and Real Estate part of the forum there is a thread for "Accommodation Available" and there are properties in the area you are looking for within that thread. I have used it in many places in Perth (and other cities), always found nice places at reasonable prices. For a long stay like yours you can normally negotiate a lower rate. It has a range of different accomodations available in lots of different areas around Perth. We stayed in one in Mount Hawthorn and it was fantastic. Super clean, comfy beds, great location near shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and some great local parks for the kids. Also close by to Leederville which has a range of great restaurants too.
