Could someone tell me if the home and land package prices advertised on real estate websites are for full turn key price, ready to move in please? We would generally like a new property and looking to spend up to $400,000 dollars. Could someone please give us a few tips on locations and areas please. We both have cars and looking for about a 30 minute drive from Perth centre with local amenities as well as plenty of room for outdoor activities, especially golf. Jen_PFR Posted February 14, 2011 Report Share Posted February 14, 2011 The best thing you can do is contact one of the builders and ask for the list of exclusions and the price schedule for these, for a house you like. It's amazing the things that may not be included in the price of a home that's 'ready to go' - floorings, driveway all the way to the road, letterbox - but this will all be covered in the list of exclusions.
