What Pearsall like to live in?

Anyone any advice on what Matta Way in Pearsall is like as an area to live in?

Hi, we did a reccie in sept2011 and we loved Pearsall and Hocking. It gave us the feeling of a nice suburb and the fact not to far to the beach and trains and just generaly the position of these two.
We are hoping to move here by march 2013 subject to the visa though.
