Rental Wanted

We are a family of four coming over to perth around August 13th and will be looking for a holiday rental for about 10 days in the perth area. After that we are thinking of visiting Sydney, Melbourne and possibly Brisbane - 3 weeks in total.

while in perth we want to explore the residential areas both north and south of the river, look at schools, possibly arrange some informal chats with employers, experience normal living, eg supermarkets etc.

if any one has or can recommend a rental I would appreciate it, somome suggested Cottlesoe, I believe the properties are expensive to buy but it is a nice area.

flights booked - arrive in perth early tuesday 14th august and depart late tuesday 21st. ideally we want a 3 bedroom house/apartment, ideally north perth. I will be hiring a car while in perth - any recommendations for resonably priced rental companies

For our holiday let we used Ozhouserental, and were helped out massively. Car hire was Mindari car hire, again faultless. I organised car from Uk, paid deposit etc, very easy. We collected from the airport taken to the rental, where the car was sitting for us.

We too used Ozhouserental and found Tracey to be very helpful. We also spookily used Mindarie car hire - and they dropped the car off with us, the day after we landed at our rental property.

We booked and paid for everything before we left the UK so it was all pretty easy to organise.
