hi all can anyone let me know if i can bring a garden table and chairs made out of wicker. Wasn't sure if wicker is allowed in cheers x

No such thing as a silly question except the one you never ask.

We were told wooden items are heavily looked at by customers, but it it's treated, sealed & cleaned it was ok. However, I would advise you speak to a shipping company as they will know the specifics on each type of wood etc.

Thanks been looking at a material called pvc rattan which looks the same but is pvc, hopefully that will be ok

Hi,

Your rattan pvc set will be fine to bring over, however it will be expected mine was. It is only the real wicker they do not let you bring. Any wooden chairs and tables with have been varnished is exceptable, make sure you thoroughly clean any garden items outdoor items such as bikes,garden pots, tools etc. Customs will inspect your garden boxes.
