Claudette
Hi, movecube has been today, packed up and sent off again. All very good, but I've just realised that I've missed one item off my inventory list. Has anyone else had this problem? What shall I do? I don't necessarily want to call sevenseas incase they decide to reject it all or charge me loads for the amendment but at the same time, I don't know if I can face chancing the risk of it being checked and rejected at the other end! travelchic
Was it just one item or one box. I didn't list every single thing. Ie I put kitchen utensils and then just shoved them all in the same box.
Claudette
Well it's one very very small box with half a dozen batteries in, but it's also right at the front of the cube!
nikkiwd
I don't think you are allowed to ship batteries at all, I took all the batteries out of everything before packing?... anyway, don't think they will reject the movecube down to one box missing off the inventory, in fact if batteries aren't allowed then maybe best it isn't obvious that you have some in there or they may not ship it!
