mwjw
Hey! We are looking to fly back to the uk for a few weeks and the cheapest flights are with Qatar Airlines, has anyone flown with them and how were they?! Thanks Mike
Sideshowdeb
Both my son and I have flown back for visits with Qatar. I've only ever flown with Singapore before so I don't have much to compare them with. All four legs of the journey there were lots of empty seats so I could stretch out and Doha airport is easy to navigate. The staff were pleasant and the food was pretty standard. I'd happily fly with them again and if they're the cheapest my son will fly back with them again at Easter.
Steely
We flew with them the last time we visited Perth, would use them again :-)
Plimthing
yes, and I've worked on their aircraft too. Very nice service, planes not too bad either. With the numerous airlines flying back west these days you can normally get some good bargains. Try Ethiad, they usually come up quite cheap. Ive just spent the last 2hrs of my life fitting cockroach traps and spraying Mortein in the galleys of a certain countries national airline's aircraft at Perth... airline food ..yum yum yum. emyc468
I've flown Qatar & would happily fly with them again. The food wasn't great but then show me an airline that it is! One thing though - they were incredibly picky about our luggage weight and actually made us unpack and throw some items away because we were very slightly over! Sarahx21x
We flew with Qatar with my then 1 year old and partner. I found them to be fine. We had no issues. The air hostess' we're very friendly and accommodating esp with the baby. Don't remember the food being anything great but then that's just airline food. Druid
I flew Qatar regularly Doha to Manchester when I worked there, couldnt fault them, there is a reason why they are a 5 star airline, no shortage of money, they can only be better now they have a shiny new airport to operate from.
