Looking for party girls in perth :)

Hi everyone!

Im 26 yr old female, orginally from the south west in the uk, been in Perth for about 3 years, i adore it in Perth, it took me a good 6-9 month to settle in and find my way around and make friends (perth is a notoriously hard place to make friends!! ive found its much easier for guys than girls!) it seems the best way to make friends is through work or to join a sports group (i hate sport so i was never going to make friends through doing that!) lol!

Although i am fortunate to have made some great aussie girlfriends i still miss that connection to the u.k, so if there is any females aged around 23-30, that enjoy partying at the weekend, love fashion and style, i would love to chat more and maybe show you around Perths best shopping hang outs, the hottest bars and nighclubs, lovely resturants and cafes etc etc,

Also if anyone is new to Perth and needs to know the best suburbs for young people to live in, best hairdressers, salons, best australian fashion designers etc let me know i would be more than happy to help you out ;)

I am not a female...however i am from the UK and i think you may be able to help! Like you i like the nicer things in life and hanging out in smart/trendy places.
My problem is i have only been in Perth for a week and am currently living with a friend and his family which is nice....but a little bland shall we say! Where are the good bars for the man.....who is the wrong side of 30!
Went to The Garden Bar last sunday afternoon which was the best venue by a mile that i have been to - classy.

Not going to waffle on to much in case you do not reply!
However you pointing me in the right direction would be nice!

Happy to help, My trendy favs are....

Coco`s south perth

Luxe cocktail bar, beaufort st, mount lawley

Must wine bar, beaufort st, mount lawley

Raffles, applecross (beautiful view of the city, the resturant is amazing but pricey, the bar downstairs is gorgeous, the the building is a registered building and was done up a couple of years ago and it is done out in a art deco style,v.classy!)

Any where in subiaco is lovely, you will find lots of 30yr+ in the subiaco hotel (bar and resturant)

For a friday after work, go to the george on st georges terrace in the city and tiger lils bar (murray st i think?) these places go off with the after work crew on a friday

if you want to go to somewhere chilled out but cool then i HIGHLY recommend little creatures in fremantle, one of the first places i found in perth and to this day is my fav place, best food in perth! love it! and they brew all there own beer and cider, its the best place to chill out in summer! (cant get enough of their pip squeek cider, thats because im a west country girl hahahaha! and ask for it with ice)

Not suprised to hear you like cider based on where you come from...ooh aahhhhh!!
Did you arrive in Australia on your own? Reason i ask is that i need to start networking and making new friends.....as my mate's wife understandably does not like him venturing out to much! Any tips!? Blimey....i ask more questions than a police officer! Admittedly it is early days but your opening thread did say it was notoriously difficult to meet people in Perth - which worries me slightly!
So if you/you and your fella or a group of friends are ever getting together as a group and you do not mind me tagging along i would be most grateful. Least i can do is buy you a cold cider!

You young people have so easy lives. So many places to go, things to do.
Take pity on country people your ages, they only have usually, the local pub, or other peoples parties, not many cinema`s have survived since video and dvd`s were invented.
Some however have taken to the dance craze Pub Jive,
which if you google the a name will give you a list of lots of places to be seen and heard. You can *get physical* as Olivia Newton-John advised, stay fit and meet heaps of people...
