Hello & Merry Xmas to you all

Won't go into too much detail atm, but just a quick post to see if there's any families NOR that would like to meetup & make friends.
We're a happily married couple living in Woodvale, NOR. I'm self employed (so pretty flexible) & hubby works fulltime just out side the city. We have 4 children 2 girls & 2 boys
(ages from 15yrs to 3yrs) We manage to balance our lives very well between spending time as a family & also as a couple. We've been living here, since leaving the UK for just over 3yrs & we love it ! We've made afew really good friends along the way...mainly from S.Africa & North England.

However, you can never have too many friends. It would be fantastic if we could meet some people from our neck of the woods - South England who are now like us, living here permanently NOR!

We're newbies to Perth, arrived early December 2011 and have been enjoying every minute so far. We're lucky in that we met quite a few families via Pomsinoz meets back in the uk and have kept in touch with them all. All of them live NOR too so we've already met up with most of them. We're always up for meeting new peeps, in fact we we're down your way in the Woodvale Tavern the other day with friends. We're arriving in mid-Jan (3 weeks yesterday but we're not counting!!) & whilst we are starting SOR my work is Joondalup so will be looking to get NOR asap.

Hi Lorna, blimey so your newbies too then lol what does Jamie do for his fifo? Funny enough we was in Perth CBD today having a few at the Lucky Shag Watefront Bar and we got talking to a guy and his dad from Banksia Grove, fellow poms, dad over visiting, the son has been here five years already, seemed a decent guy so we exchanged numbers. Might be a good contact for you as him and his family are in the same place. We'll pretty much talk to and get on with anyone and so far everyone we've met has been great. Our friends know people who've gone back to the uk just because they found it hard to meet people, we found straight away that if your willing to get out there, talk to peeps and make the effort peeps appreciate it and will help where they can.

Hiya , jamie is a electrical engineer , I've been out everyday with the kids to parks n we talk to people all the time but it's not the same as Avin a friend with you
