Hi sorry for the delay have been rather busy organising our trip in a couple of weeks time! Everything seems to be coming together, the main thought is to get to Perth and look for work in the first couple of weeks and try and soak in as much information as we can on visas and all our options! Would love to meet up, we came out last year and loved Mandurrah! We will be staying in Floreat and maybe Scarbrough to start off with and then hopefully be taking a trip up to Ningaloo Reef! I am planning to settle down in Mandurah. Would appreciate if you could advise us from your own experience about Mandurah. Though I have researched a lot, but it would be worthy if I get more informations. We are a member of 3 (me, my wife and a child of 3 yo). We will be there on 475 visa if granted. State sponsorship has been approved. Will lodge visa application shortly. As we have to stay there atleast 24 months and I will have to work for 12 months so I am planning to move with family. I have no familiar person/ friends in Mandurah. Bit worried thinking about the initial stage. Please advise whether I should come alone first for 2/3 months or not. I believe it will be waste of 2/3 months as well, as family also need to be there for 24 months to be eligible for 887 PR visa. Moreover, it will be difficult for me to go back in my country after 2/3 months to accompany them to come in Mandurah.
