SaffanZimbo
Just a thought.. Do I need to have a letter from my OH authorising me to travel with the girls to NZ and then onto Perth? He will travel on the 25th September and the girls and I will travel on 28th or 29th October. Didn't give it a second thought but we've just had a travel alert at work regarding the need for a Letter of Authority and copies of full birth certificates now required for South Africa if the children are not travelling with both parents:wideeyed:
ali
I have no idea - but it might be worth doing it just in case
<Dan>
From experience if you are separated yes, although we didn't. But if going on PR Visa then you have to get it to get the visa. Other than that I don't know.
TheRocks
I always travel with a letter ffrom my husband saying he gives permission and copies off their birth certs and my marriage cert as I have kept my maiden name and the kids have my husbands. Have only been stopped once and asked were he was and ironically he had just gone through ahead. a
Rossmoyne
You don't legally need it, but if it helps your peace of mind, then do one.
