Hi I live in a suburb next to Heathridge. In my opinion it's in a central position which is great, you have access to all the things that other surrounding suburbs have but without the heavy price tag. Some of the properties can look a bit old & tired. You will find some properties that are rented out don't look that great from the outside mainly because the gardens aren't taken care of properly. Hope this helps!

Hi there , yea Heathridge is a great suburb, great location and a little cheaper than its surrounding suburbs , but that will probably change and it will catch up ,with people renovating their houses etc.putting 2nd storeys on , as there are some great veiws of the ocean in Heathridge.
