They do hold you right down to the 60 working days - they did with us and failed us - had to appeal it and they made us wait the 60 days AGAIN for a successful outcome - good luck

Hi All, We are currently on a 457 & our agent submitted our EOI mid Sept, today is now the 4th round with no invite and our agent says there is a delay just now. Anyone else having the same issue? Thanks Susan

We used an agent, at times I wanted to throttle them but if you're having a hard time like yourself then defo use one, it will be money well spent if it gets you to where you need to be. Good luck xx

Soz was checking something out before coming back to you. No they were all 189, but one of the guys on a group I follow on Facebook got his 190 invite today. Asked him there and he waited 4 weeks, this was for Victoria xx

The whole process is a bit of a joke, as you can from my signature they failed by OH skills assessment which is total bollox - we've had to appeal it but we're lucky enough to get sponsorship while this appeal runs out. Don't give up, it will happen xx

I just replied on your other post. Please don't panic just yet - I have 3 friends who had 60 points and all got their invites on 6th July - they had been waiting and didn't get invited for a few rounds. You'll hopefully get it in August invites xx

Please don't listen to whoever told you that from immigration - I have had 3 friends all put in EOI just before the July slow down in May, they didn't get invited the end of June round but all 3 got their invites on Mon 6th July. All had 60 points. Next one is the 3rd Aug - you'll probably get in then. Hang fire till then on another IELTS xx

We head out 3 weeks tomorrow hun, can't wait!! This appeal with TRA is still trundling on, that us at week 8 but at least we have sponsorship to get us there in the meantime. Maybe catch you for a coffee when you arrive xx
