Health insurance $150 per month. Child care. $90 per day. House insurance $34 per month. Car insurance $90 per both for two cars. Internet and phone $100 per month. Weekly grocery $150 per week. Ours used a stamp but just to save time! He just needs to certify to be a true copy of the original then sign and date it.
