Me bit thick !! do you mean over 50's can still apply for a visa ? I thought the cut off point was 50. Will gladly be corrected if that is the case. x

They have but aged 45 - 49 awards zero points. I guess for some people it helps if they have enough points in the other sections.

I only joined your lovely forum a couple of weeks ago and was overwhelmed by your advice for my thread 'Making the right decision'. Having 'Made' the decision to start the ball rolling, we now learn that my husband's age (49) awards him a big fat zero in points. I don't see any way around that one !!! We're so disappointed.
