I've signed up with Commonwealth, but see NAB don't charge PP members for international transfers (~$15 to ~$35 a pop) through MoneyCorp. Any other noticeable difference between the two banks, from a personal experience?

On a related note, given there seems to be plenty of rentals available currently with some reducing rents to attract, if you apply for a property and offer to pay a rent less than they advertise, and you get rejected on price can you reapply with another 'offer'?

Forget the books, go online and download free practice exams and do lots of them and you'll be fine. Some YouTube vids are great too on where to focus on for each exam.

Curious, how long does it take to get to CBD in train in rush hour from the Mindarie/Quinn's Rock area? What's the closest station Currambine or is there another closer? I ask as we've been looking at the Duncraig area but I think you get more for your money house (renting) wise that little bit further out.
