  1. Hello everyone, I'm new to this site so please bear with me! lol. We are a family of 5 (myself 32, husband 31, and three boys aged 11, 6 and 8 months). We are moving to Perth end of August and have a holiday let for the first 6 weeks. I was wondering if anyone knew of any rentals coming up end of sept/start of october? Would preferably be a 4+2 with a pool, any northern suburbs would be considered up to $500 a week. I have been having a look at rentals etc on the net, but there doesn't seem to be many with pools, are these few and far between? My boys are stressing the importance of a pool to me!! Any help or info would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance. Also was wondering if there were any females out there who would like to meet up for a nightout now and again? I don't know how I'm going to live without my nightouts with the girls, I need to recharge my batteries from my testosterone filled house! ;-) Kelly & Graham

    Clean FIll Wanted

Hi all, anyone know where I can get some clean fill delivered to my house for free? I'm in the Clarkson area and am in need of about 6 cubic metres of decent clean fill. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, Nick.
  3. Hi We are moving to Perth early December and are looking for a long term (1 year) family rental in either of these suburbs. Must have pool (we have promised the kids!) 4x2 ideally. Please contact me if you know of anything at all. Many thanks
  4. Hi everyone, we have a nice place in Hillarys 4x1 with pool too! It will be available from beginning of December as we are breaking our lease to buy our first home ( just up the hill!) our lease term is until the end of February but I am sure the landlord will be happy to continue with the lease. He has been very easy to deal with so far. we had to find somewhere quickly when we moved to Perth, but so glad we chose Hillarys. We have great friends and neighbours, and it is easy to stroll to Hillarys Marina on Friday evenings for Happy hour It is an unfurnished property, and it is also PET FRIENDLY which is great if anyone is moving out with their furry friend. good schools nearby and a lovely park just behind the house, up the hill buses to train stations and CBD go from nearly the bottom of the drive. Good australian and expat neighbours too, what more could anyone want?! Rent is $650/ month. PM me if you would like further info or photos. i have written this with newcomers to Perth in mind, but if you are already in Perth and fancy moving to this neck of the woods, then a long term lease could be available straight away.

  6. I'm new to the forum, new to Australia and after 3 weeks of getting my life here set up, I'm starting to get cabin fever. I'm game for going to one of those social meet-ups that people organise every now and then, but I also need some friends to play some sports with. I'm sure I'm not the only one, so if you want to get together for some friendly competition, this might be a good thread to advertise what sports/games you want to play and where you are based, then if we can pair people up to get them out of the house then that would be great! I'll start... Games I want to play: 5-a-side Football, Pool, Snooker, Darts, 10-pin Bowling, Tennis, Badminton, Golf. (I'll play anything really!) Where I am based: Northern suburbs (live in Clarkson, work in Joondalup)

There is a bus to and from Guildford Grammar School (both Prep and Secondary years) right outside the Estate. This is truly an excellent location.
