dsouzas
Quick question, has anyone shipped a kids trampoline out to Oz and if so did it get through ok or did it have to be cleaned? I had a quote from a shipper who suggested it may be best to leave the trampoline behind? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks Clare x
portlaunay
It'd have to be some trampoline for me to bring it. Have a look on Gumtree, you might Perth is littered with them.

Lindsaylou7
Hi Clare, my cousin shipped hers but had to deep clean it, scrubbed it with bleach. No issues but she said is was a nightmare to clean!! is it really worth it if they are that cheap. when do you immigrate?? lindsay.
ashleymhale
we were just going to use a jet-washer on ours. Are we being a tad naive and need to scrub everything with bleach? Its only about 14 months old. The same with some mountain bikes we bought for Christmas, they've only been used once, we were going to jet wash them clean. Yep get scrubbing or you could end up with a large nasty bill at this end
dsouzas
Thanks for all the replies guys. Think we might just leave it behind, which is a shame as we've not had it for long but it's not worth that much and if it got stopped in customs and had to be cleaned it would probably cost more than the trampolines worth!! With reference to the cleaning all the shippers have emphasised that everything needs thoroughly cleaning, especially outside stuff. They advised all needs to be cleaned with Zoflora / Milton - this is the part that I'm dreading, it's gonna take ages to clean everything!
