Amazing!! Received a snail mail letter to inform me that my TRA has been successful. Absolutely buzzing!! Even more amazing is that from the date of acknowledgement to the date of confirmation was 1 day short of 4 weeks!! All that hard work of evidence gathering paid off. For any Painters & Decorators out there, I know there have been alot of questions on this and pomzinoz forum about whether an NVQ 2 is equivalent to the AQF III. Well interestingly I have both NVQ 2 & 3 and the letter confirms that they have assessed the level 2 as the equivalent. Now onto the EOI. biggrin.gif

We're gathering evidence for our Plumbing Vetasses... but we've heard from friends doing the same assesment in Melbourne that they haven't had to supply anywhere near as much evdience as us!! :( Just out of interest what supporting documents did you have to provide?

Its payslips thats holding us up!!

Hi Roxy. With TRA it's detail, detail, detail!!! The more you can provide the better. We sent a file that resembled War and Peace!!! However I don't think you have to provide quite as much for Vetassess. If you are struggling with payslips you can provide P60s. If you have any P60s missing , the Tax Office can send you the information. We filled in a gap with info from HMRC. You need detailed references and where you can't get them you can fill the gap with a Statutory Declaration and as much qualification information as you can get your hands on (Certs, syllabus info, results records, review records etc). If you have any photos undertaking work send those too. If you have been self-employed you will need refs from people you have done work for, accounts and business registration documents.
