StudentInDebt
Hi there, just moved to the Baldivis area from the UK via Cairns. We're struggling to get our little one (2 yr old) into a playgroup here so would love to meet up with some other mums for a coffee while the kids play! Roadhouse
HI there! Me my husband and two kids are emigrating in July and moving to baldivis also. Kids are a little older than yours 9 and 4. I would love to hear your first thoughts on baldivis and your chosen area to live.we like the look of river gums area and settlers. Settlers hill school seems to be the the school we like for the kids. So nice to see someone else that has done what we are about to do. We arrive 30th July. Hope to hear back. Joanne and lee (I'm 28 and lee is 30 in feb :-).) x

Joanne and lee (I'm 28 and lee is 30 in feb :-).) x I live in Baldvis. Settlers Hills is okay but don't think much of Rivergums. Highbury Park, Tuart Ridge and Evermore Heights estates are more upmarket. I live in the new Parkland Heights estate near Settlers which is not bad. A new Catholic primary school is about to open half a mile from here.

We are up for looking around a lot to see all the places we possibly can in the area while we are in our holiday let, so giving those is a heads up where to look. I've actually been looking at exactly where you live too 'new parklands heights estate' , looks lovely. It's so hard to get a feel of where is good when we haven't been and searched Round the streets and houses there. Also the sound of New catholic school is fab, my two children are currently in a catholic school. Going to definitely look in to that! thanks a lot with that joanne and lee
Chardy
Our new house is in Highbury Park and just 250m from Makybe primary which looks to be great, our 3 kids start there in Feb. I agree Rivergums is overrated.
