portlaunay
What's on your list this year? Mrs p got me a welding course at Rockingham TAFE. Went along yesterday and it was one of the most awesome things I've ever done. Never really done it before and the facilities are amazing, I'd love to be a student again, I never had access to equipment like they have down there. I'm going to be signing up for more of their courses, absolutely superb. Anyway, this was my effort, a fairy for the bottom of the garden, all scrap salvaged from the skip, otherwise destined for the ocean floor;
odies
My pressie list is 6 tickets to see Barry Manilow and 1 ticket to see Rod Stewart, lots of Jo Malone, chocolate, champers, and a spa treatment at our 3 day stay in a country hotel in Bath. I am sure I can come up with more but nothing like your Porty ! would also like a visa for OZ and as always PEACE in the world our troops back home, and happiness for everyone, Santa has a lot to do Edited December 8, 2013 by odies
ali
Apparently I'll need an iPad for when I go on holiday to keep in touch with people (so my hubby says), so I think that this is what Santa is bringing. My hubby will get aftershave, Alex Fergusons book .. the kids like to get him a novelty gift every year and this year it's an inflatable thong for the pool, which to be honest he's probably going to love. His main pressie will be a coffee maker - he's been eyeing them for ages but hasn't bought one - they had a great offer on in Target today with a delongi with $80 knocked off. Rossmoyne
On my pressie list is a return Business class ticket from Perth to London. A certain son of mine told me a couple of years ago that it would be my retirement present, but I am still waiting patiently for it to appear! Apart from that, all I really want is that all my family is with me for Christmas Dinner (which this year is 15 Dec as the same son of promises is FIFO and won't be home on 25 Dec)! Scot01
I've asked for a set of golf clubs and a trolley - new hobby! Also said secondhand will do. Other than that, I would be happy with anything that doesn't have a plug!
funkft
I'm getting the wife a jumper and a vibrator if she doesn't like the jumper, she can go f@*k herself

Other than that, I would be happy with anything that doesn't have a plug! There's usually a few sets of golf bats for sale a Wanneroo swap meet. Saw a virtually new set for $20 last time. I don't think her husband knew though! I've asked for a weather station this year.
Bibbs
We are sharing the costs of a holiday. Flights to Adelaide, Rolling Stones Tickets, Shark cage diving and a few other bits and pieces. Everything else I wanted, I bought this year. Claudette
We've have asked our families for suitcases ready for our move! I'm getting an ipad as I will need one in Australia (or so I've managed to convince the OH) He is getting Dennisd Bergkamp book, aftershave and some stocking fillers and a surprise weekend in Barcelona - his never been and it's on the hit list of places to visit that we probably won't get a chance to when we move. Arwen
We don't bother with Christmas presents for adults, a ridiculous waste of money. Spend a couple of hundred $$ on the kids but nothing frivolous.
Nikkis2000
We're only doing small pressies as whatever we get only needs to be shipped! Instead we're going to treat ourselves to a new (and much larger) TV to go in our Aussie house!

lozzachino
Not doing pressies for each other this year. Since moving to oz we have been able to have our own spending money and have been able to buy things we want, and its been a long time since that has been possible for us. back in july we bought ashes tickets as our xmas pressie to each other and that is sunday, so excited! we also got 20/20 tickets for boxing day, and have planned a swan valley day out in january with friends so these are all the pressies we need, i have got to the point i would far more like experiences and memories in the making than more material stuff we just don't need. our son, on the other hand is getting very spoilt. We haven't really splashed out on christmas for him before and even this year we have been buying bits and pieces since august so haven't really noticed the cost, but i think more wrapping paper may be on the shopping list this week!
