LEB
Hi guys, just after any advice if possible.... i am currently waiting to hear about my 457 visa application but I am waiting for the company to have there standard business sponsorship put through at the same time. They are using a migrant agent for both. Does any one know how long for this to happen? I know the standard business sponsorship is a lot more complicated than just my application but any ideas how long roughly to get it all sorted and submitted? I am just looking for a rough estimate to have in my head for possibly moving over. appreciate any info
Guest Benchmark Training Help
Sponsorship application takes less than 1 day to lodge and if case ready can be approved in 2 weeks. Training can be sorted in 1 hour.
portlaunay
Ours was a coulpe of years ago now but from the time the company lodged their paperwork to my wife flying over was a couple of months. Our part was the easiest. We submitted our application and had notification of approval in 48 hours. I'm not sure what the previous post is about but a company wishing to sponsor someone must prove not only that they have attempted to recruit locally but that they also dedicate a certain percentage of their budget towards training staff. Unfortunately, for some this is a tick box exercise rather than investing in training and development aligned to business and individual needs. LEB
Thanks for your help. I have submitted all my docs a month ago but still haven't heard anything because the company need to have there SBS first. I'm just worried the company are dragging their heels. Really how long realistically would it take to gather the information for their business to be ready for submission to the agent. I'm afraid I will be waiting months.
