Happy little Vegemite
Have just found this thread, congratulations on making the move! How have you done with your search, found anywhere? We aren't there yet but are looking at Halls Head, we want to be able to walk to school and to the beach and close to family, who are all in Halls Head. It depends what your needs are really, will you be commuting to Perth, want to be close to schools, beach? From some threads I've read on here I'm a bit concerned about good high schools, that's a long way off for us though!
fanofstockcarracing217
When do you arrive? Yes we've looked at Halls Head aswel as we also have family there, quite expensive on renting so we are looking at Meadow Springs ,I'm hoping to get work in Mandurah. High schools are not too far away as my oldest is 11. Thanks
verystormy
I would have a look at Lakelands as well. Also Silver Sands has some good places and is very central for mandurah.

verystormy
We are in Dawesville and love it. It would mean taking the kids to school by car unless they are old enough to jump on the bus. Advantages are a wonderful suburb, on the beach (the cut side is anyway), lots of green, low crime, and generally a nice place to live. We have been here over 5 years and are now building our home here.
fanofstockcarracing217
Thankyou we can go there just really hard finding rented property, they do things very different here, there is some houses in Dawesville at reasonable price. Its good knowing there is low crime rate.
