Visa costs???

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. Myself and my family have been looking at moving to Perth from the U.K. for a few years now but not been able to proceed due to family/work commitments. Now we are ready to start the ball rolling and it seems the cost of the visas have increased a lot!! Would I be right in saying you don't just pay for the main applicant now and you have to pay extra for your partner and children???

 

Any advice would be really appreciated
