elfie
See if your occupation is on the skills required list would be a good move then get a good migration agent to guide you
aligard
HI, it's worth checking to see if you really need a migration agent. Do loads of research online and have a go. We got our visa without one and it was okay. It felt better to be in control without the 'middle man' and saved a fortune! Good luck! flatpack
Same as the previous poster, but I'd get as much free info from them as I could. Even to the point of pretending you're going to use them.

portlaunay
Hi Ray, welcome to PP. To be honest I would think your criminal record would stand against you, I mean it did start at a very early age didn't it and immigration are unlikely to look upon the incident with a pool ball in a sock in favourable terms. . . . . or am I thinking of someone else?
