csr
Hi everyone, Myself and my running buddy are looking to get a running group going in Joondalup to keep ourselves motivated and to meet new people. We go in the evenings after work around 5pm. I suppose we would class ourselves as beginner runners - we are currently doing couple of kms with a few walking breaks. Nothing too serious or extreme! If anyone would like to join us, get in contact Thanks, Caitlin

flatpack
I'm a member of a running club in the UK and strangely enough I think I'm going to miss this the most. I'd like to meet up/ join other runners when we arrive in August!
flatpack
Any one done "Park Run" before? I do here in the UK, it's a free to enter 5K timed run on a Saturday morning. I run Huddersfield which is very well organised and there can be up to 600 runners of all abilities. There are people who run at around 18 mins and people who take 45 minutes, so it really is open to all abilities. Well the good news is that they do it in Oz too http://www.parkrun.com.au/ and there are 4 venues in Perth at Aveley, Claisebrook Cove, Canning River and Pioneer.
